Program Name
This SMS Program (“Lead Bank Alerts”) is offered by Lead Bank, a Missouri-chartered financial institution. These Terms of Service govern your use of SMS messages sent by or on behalf of Lead Bank through the Twilio short code.
Program Description
When you opt in to the Lead Bank Alerts Program, you will receive two-factor authentication codes, servicing notifications related to your account (such as account status updates or statements), SMS responses sent only when you use supported inbound keywords, and enrollment confirmation messages when you sign up for SMS alerts. These messages relate specifically to help verify your identity, provide account-related notifications, and support secure communication regarding your accounts at Lead Bank and are not used for unrelated marketing unless separately authorized.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your use of our services. You may receive:
- a limited number of messages sent during enrollment confirmation,
- one message per authentication event,
- a limited number of servicing messages sent at recurring intervals, and
- messages sent at unpredictable intervals when specific account events occur.
Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-In
You may opt in to the Program by How Customer Opts In. By opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Lead Bank at at the mobile number you provided.
Opt-Out
You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to Short Code. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Customers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
