Brooke Clouse

Brooke Clouse is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Lead Bank. 

Brooke began her career at Lead as a teller in 2008. She has since helped scale the company from a traditional community bank into an API-first infrastructure platform, onboarding our early crypto clients, and supporting the growth and modernization of our payment rails, which has led to billions in monthly volume across ACH, wire, FedNow, and stablecoin. 

As COO, she now oversees all global business operations, solving pain points, creating new processes, and maintaining the operational discipline required of a regulated banking institution.

With over 18 years of experience in retail banking, lending, compliance, payments, and risk management, Brooke was recognized by Banking Exchange as a 40-under-40 award winner.

She completed the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce Centurions Leadership program and received an Executive Leadership Certification from the University of Wisconsin. Brooke holds a masters from the University of Wisconsin Graduate School of Banking.
